Elevated Power: Flawless Planning for the York County Women's Leadership Summit
We recently had the honor of working in strategic partnership with the York County Regional Chamber to execute the first annual Women’s Leadership Summit! As both a Gold Sponsor and the dedicated event planner, the energy was electric, focused on leaning into personal power, connection, and growth.

Dynamic Keynote Integration: The day launched with "Owning Your Strengths & Stepping Into Your Power," presented by Dr. Stacey Moore of York Technical College. We partnered with the Chamber team to coordinate the speaker's A/V needs and stage transitions flawlessly.
Seamless Panel Logistics: The engaging panel, "Collective Power: Women Supporting Women" (featuring Geri Hopkins, Dr. Laura Ullrich, Dawn Johnson, and Nick Nash), required specific mic, seating, and timing coordination, which we executed in lockstep with the Chamber's moderators.
Refined Schedule Management: We ensured flawless execution of the tight timeline, including the Power Lunch & Connection Time and the deep-dive session, "The Power of Confidence: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome," led by Natalie Parker.

By coordinating every detail across all vendor partners—from Catering (Outback Steakhouse) to Decor (Bows and Balloons Events, Gala Affairs)—our team executed the day’s precise timeline. This meticulous planning allowed the Chamber team to interact with attendees and focus on their strategic objectives, while we handled the complex technical and vendor management required for a successful summit.
