We recently had the honor of playing a dual role both planner and proud Gold Sponsor for the first annual York County Regional Chamber Women’s Leadership Summit! Dynamic Opening Keynote: The day launched with "Owning Your Strengths & Stepping Into Your Power," presented by Dr. Stacey Moore of York Technical College. We ensured the venue and A/V were perfectly set to amplify this powerful message.
Expert Panel Discussion: A highlight of the morning was the panel, "Collective Power: Women Supporting Women," featuring respected leaders like Geri Hopkins, Dr. Laura Ullrich, Dawn Johnson, and Nick Nash (Moderator). Our team’s logistical precision ensured flawless transitions between speakers and comfortable seating for deep engagement.
Afternoon Deep Dive: Following the Power Lunch & Connection Time, attendees dove deep into the highly relevant session, "The Power of Confidence: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome," led by Natalie Parker.
Seamless Execution for Strategic Success
By coordinating all vendor partners from Catering (Outback Steakhouse) to Decor (Bows and Balloons Events, Gala Affairs) our team executed the day’s precise timeline, managing registration, breaks, and session transitions flawlessly. This meticulous planning allowed attendees and presenters to focus on networking and the valuable content.
