From timeline creation to vendor coordination, Nicole’s expertise allows couples to enjoy their special day stress-free, knowing everything is in expert hands.
With over 18 years of experience in banking, Nicole also brings a strong financial and operational background to the event planning industry. Richelle Sierra is the co-founder of Love, Evermore Events and a wedding and event planner who loves creating seamless, unforgettable experiences. With over a decade of experience, she helps couples and clients bring their visions to life, whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or a special celebration. Richelle understands that unless you have seen a wedding planner in action, it can be hard to know exactly what you are paying for, but she promises that having her by your side on your most important day will be worth it. Her careful attention to detail ensures that every event is personal, meaningful, and truly reflects the people she is celebrating.
Richelle is also an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church (ULC). She approaches every ceremony with an open heart and believes that love is love. She enjoys helping couples create meaningful, personal celebrations that feel authentic to them, whether traditional, non-traditional, spiritual, or secular.
As a Certified Travel Agent, Richelle combines her love of travel with her passion for planning unforgettable experiences. She delights in helping couples design dream honeymoons, destination weddings, and VIP travel adventures, taking the stress out of planning through insider perks, upgrades, and expert guidance. Traveling allows her to connect with people, learn about their cultures, family traditions, and stories, and she brings those insights into every event she plans.
Outside of work, Richelle’s life is filled with travel, photography, nature, and three energetic dogs who keep her on her toes. These passions inspire her creativity and bring a personal touch to everything she does. Nathalia is a bilingual wedding day assistant with over 15 years of hospitality expertise and a true gift for turning wedding visions into effortlessly joyful realities. Proudly rooted in her Ecuadorian heritage and shaped by her Charlotte upbringing, she blends cultural richness with southern charm, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a calm, can-do spirit to every celebration.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nathalia is a master at behind-the-scenes coordination anticipating needs before they arise, solving problems with grace, and ensuring couples feel fully supported from first look to last dance. Outside of weddings, she loves hot yoga, kayaking, and sharing adventures with her Navy veteran husband and their two beloved cats.
Karis Lott
Karis Lott is a student at Trident Technical College, currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has a strong passion for event planning and finds joy in creating memorable, meaningful experiences for others.
Karis is thrilled to be part of the Love, Evermore Events team and is eager to gain hands-on experience while growing her skills in the industry. Outside of work and school, she enjoys boating, hunting for shark teeth, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
