The Story: A Forest Sanctuary at Pineland Place

Kassandra & Chaz | Moncks Corner, SC

There is a serene, soulful quality to Pineland Place that feels like a quiet secret in the heart of the Lowcountry. For Kassandra and Chaz, this Moncks Corner estate provided a "blank canvas" where rustic charm met modern elegance under a cathedral of historic pines. It was a day designed to celebrate the effortless beauty of nature, anchored by the kind of thoughtful, intentional planning that defines Love, Evermore Events.

Curating Natural Elegance

Kassandra and Chaz’s wedding was a study in "Refined Organic Design." We embraced the venue's diverse landscapes—from the open fields to the sleek white barn—to create an atmosphere that was sophisticated, not overtly country.

  • The Pine Canopy Ceremony: Beneath the towering pines, the couple exchanged vows under a wooden arch draped in cream florals and ethereal pampas grass. The forest floor, dappled in sunlight, served as a natural cathedral for their union.

  • The White Event Barn: As evening fell, the celebration moved into the climate-controlled barn. We transformed this "blank canvas" using long wooden farm tables, neutral linen runners, and the warm, golden glow of amber candles.

  • Editorial Details: Every element was a nod to their playful romance—from the custom "Mr. & Mrs. Astacio" cake topper to the sparkler send-off that illuminated the midnight woods.

Operational Rigor in the Woods

While the day appeared like a seamless dream, it was managed with rigorous 5-phase project management. Coordinating an all-in-one venue requires precise operational oversight, from managing the on-site preparation in the bridal and groom's suites to executing a flawless transition from the canopy to the barn.

Leveraging Nicole’s 18-year banking background, we provided the couple with a strategic financial strategy that optimized their investment for a high-impact guest experience—ensuring every dollar contributed to the magic of the evening.
