In the corporate sector, a successful summit is measured by the seamless integration of high-level programming and flawless logistics. For the York County Regional Chamber’s Finding Your Power summit on November 5th, 2025, Love, Evermore Events served as the operational backbone for over 150 leaders. Hosted at First Baptist Church of Rock Hill, our primary objective was to transform a high-capacity community space into a professional environment conducive to collective impact and bold leadership.

Engineering an Environment for Collective Impact

Corporate event management requires a keen understanding of "flow"—ensuring that every transition reinforces the summit’s mission. Beyond our role as event managers, Love, Evermore Events was honored to support the summit as a Gold Level Sponsor, working directly alongside the York County Regional Chamber to strategically transform the floorplan and curate a seamless experience.

  • Strategic Programming: We managed a high-impact agenda from 8:30 AM registration through 2:30 PM closing reflections.

  • Keynote & Session Support: Our team facilitated the logistical needs for keynote speaker Dr. Stacey Moore and the afternoon workshop led by Natalie Parker.

  • Operational Scale: We orchestrated a multi-vendor catering plan with Outback Rock Hill and Scooter’s Coffee, ensuring a high-energy "Power Lunch" for 150+ executives.

  • Technical Integration: We partnered with The Content Friend for live digital updates and First Baptist Church for specialized AV support.
