Nathalia Shrewsbury
Nathalia is a bilingual Wedding Day Lead and Logistics Specialist at Love, Evermore Events, bringing over 15 years of high-end hospitality expertise to the team. A master of "Active Coordination," Nathalia has a unique gift for navigating the complexities of event day logistics and turning intricate wedding visions into effortlessly joyful realities.
Proudly rooted in her Ecuadorian heritage and shaped by her Charlotte upbringing, Nathalia blends cultural richness with professional rigor. Outside of the celebration, Nathalia finds balance through hot yoga, kayaking, and exploring the Carolinas with her Navy veteran husband and their two beloved cats. Karis Lott
Karis Lott is an Event Planning Coordinator and Logistics Apprentice at Love, Evermore Events, currently completing her professional training in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Trident Technical College. Driven by a deep-seated passion for the intentionality behind event design, Karis is dedicated to the art of creating meaningful, high-impact experiences that resonate long after the celebration ends.
As a key support lead within the Love, Evermore team, Karis works under the direct mentorship of Richelle and Nicole, immersing herself in the company’s Project Management frameworks and logistical standards. Her academic background provides a modern perspective on hospitality trends, which she translates into hands-on support for complex event coordination and vendor relations. Karis is a "systems-first" thinker, focused on developing the creative and technical skills necessary to deliver the seamless, stress-free environments the brand is known for.
