Designing for Grandeur and Intimacy

In the world of luxury planning, the challenge is often found in making a grand estate feel like an intimate home. To honor the mansion’s heritage, we leaned into a palette of crisp whites and organic greens, creating a visual bridge between the historic masonry and the rolling North Carolina countryside.

  • The Ceremony: Against the backdrop of the mansion’s stately facade, Keaton and Ryan exchanged vows in a space defined by symmetry and grace.

  • The Floral Architecture: We partnered with Viivi Floral Studio to transform the iconic curved staircase into a cascading garden of white blooms, ensuring the couple’s entrance felt like a scene from an editorial feature.

  • The Reception: The celebration flowed effortlessly into the Grand Reception Pavilion, where a magnificent fireplace and built-in lounge served as the heart of the evening’s festivities for their guests.

The Art of the Invisible System

While the day felt like an effortless dream, it was anchored by a rigorous 5-phase project management framework. Behind the scenes, Love, Evermore managed the intricate logistics required for a high-capacity estate wedding, from coordinating the industrial-grade catering with Hurley Catering to the evening's flow led by DJ Breez. This allows our couples to remain present in the romance, knowing the "blank canvas" is being managed with professional financial strategy and operational rigor.
